This delicious local honey is harvested from the mesquite trees that grow south of Truth or Consequences New Mexico close to Caballo Lake.  The honey is harvested from late April - June.

It is a most flavorful and rich honey which is great for seasonal allergies.  It is delicious in homemade granola and makes an outstanding sugar substitute for all baked products.
