GREEN CHILE CORNBREAD

INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup all purpose bleached flour
1 ½ cups yellow corn meal
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ cup olive oil
1 ¼ cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup Sichler Farms Sandia Hot green chile
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all dry ingredients into mixing medium mixing bowl. Mix wet ingredients and chile into the dry ingredients with spoon until moist. Don’t over mix. Prepare a 9 x 13 baking dish with non stick spray. Pour mixture into baking dish. Cook for 20 – 25 minutes at 400 degreesº. Check doneness with toothpick. Done when golden brown.
