To make red chile sauce from the edible ristra, it is ideal for your to start at the top of the ristra. Just slide the corn husk topper up, untie the necessary pods, slide the topper back into place, and continue to enjoy your ristra and your red chile sauce.

I now live in Florida and wanted a symbol of home to hang on my house. These ristras are beautifully done and very light! The red color pops! The packaging was also amazing - lots of paper stuffing, very little plastic, and everything arrived secure. I'm going to add a bow to the top to disguise the hook I hang it on. Would be amazing if that could be an add-on item for those of us using them for decor.
